The Corporation Does Not Have Its Own Means To Carry Out The Object Of The Contract Given That There Is No Architect/Industrial Engineer Position In The Staffing To Attend To The Functions Required By The Service. This External Contracting Is Necessary With The Purpose Of Providing The Urban Planning Area With Technical Support. The Contract That Is Projected Aims To Consolidate This Structure For The Next Three Or Four Years With An Administrative Contract For Services For A Duration Of Three Years, Plus A Possible Extension Of One Year.
