Particular Attention During Procurement Is Placed On Increased Flexibility Of The Sem When Examining Non-Conductive Samples Such As Various Oxides (Variable Pressure), The Ability To Quickly Vary Between Very Low And High Beam Currents, And The Ability To View Magnetic Or Magnetizable Materials.
