The Netherlands Institute For Vectors, Invasive Plants And Plant Health (Nivip) Is A Laboratory And Knowledge Institute For Plant Health. Nivip Is Part Of The Dutch Food And Consumer Product Safety Authority (Nvwa) And Is Located At Geertjesweg 15 In Wageningen. The Entire Complex Will Be Adapted And Renovated In The Coming Years So That It Is Once Again A Future-Proof Complex That Meets The Changed Usage Requirements And The National Real Estate Agencys Routemap 2.0. In A Series Of Various Tenders In The Coming Years, This Tender Concerns The Design Of The Renovation Of The Main Building And Quarantine Lab, Including Temporary Housing. Nivip Employees Will Stay In This Temporary On-Site Accommodation During The Renovation Of The Relevant Building Section. Which, Depending On What Is Needed, Is An Office Space And/Or Laboratory Space. The Main Building And The Quarantine Lab Provide Space For Laboratories, Offices (Including Meeting Rooms), A Restaurant And Other Support Functions. Table 1 Provides An Overview Of The Current Net Floor Area Per Function. During The Redesign, The Functions In The Building Remain The Same. However, There Is A Need For More Laboratories, Which Means That (Parts Of) Office Floors Are Being Converted Into Laboratory Spaces.
