Work Detail
Construction Work – Renovation And Making The Haselünne Outdoor Swimming Pool More Attractive: Outdoor Facilities. The Outdoor Pool Area Essentially Consists Of Two Swimming Pools, Of Which A Swimmers Pool With A Water Depth Of 1.20 M - 3.50 M With Five Lanes Of 25 M Each And An Attached Diving Bay Dominates The Facility. The Basins Longitudinal Direction Lies Relatively Precisely In An Orientation From Southeast To Northwest, With The Springer Bay Located Below, South Of The Southwestern Half Of The Basin. On This Side There Is A Jumping Facility With A 3-Meter Jumping Facility And Two 1-Meter Jumping Facilities That Flank The Centrally Placed 3-Meter Jumping Facility. To The Northeast, At A Distance Of A Good 12 M, There Is The Non-Swimmer Pool, Which Is Polygonal In Shape And, In The Southeast-Northwest Direction, Is A Good 23.50 M Long With A Water Depth Of Up To 1.10 M. The Width Of The Pool Varies Between Eight And Almost 20 M. On The South-Eastern Side There Is A Water Slide (Wide Wave Slide) Next To A Water Familiarization Staircase. There Is Also Another Entrance On The Northwest Side With A Water Familiarization Staircase And A Shallow Pool In Front Of It. Both Pools Are Embedded In An Approximately 80 X 150 M Large Open Space And Sunbathing Area, Which Is Delimited From The Street To The East And Southeast By The Changing And Sanitary Building. Approximately At The Level Of Springer Bay, But Offset By Almost 20 M To The Northwest, There Is An Approximately 20 M Long Technical Building That Houses The Entire Filter Technology And Water Treatment As Well As The Chlorine Gas Room. The Plan Is To Repair The Two Pools Described Above Using Concrete Technology And Reline Them, With The Diving Area In The Swimmers Pool Being Rebuilt As A Waterproof Construction. Since The Pool Head Is Defective All Around In Both Pools, The Old Head Has To Be Cut Off And Replaced With A New Construction That Has To Be Concreted Over. The New Construction Must Be Connected To The Existing Walls Using Hilti Hit Or Similar. A Waterproof Construction With A Crack Width Restriction Of Wcal = 0.15 Mm Is Planned For The New Longitudinal Beam And The New Jumper Bay To Be Built. Due To Various Changes To Standards And Increased Demands On The Technical Components Of Pool Water Treatment, The Existing Technical Building Has Proven To Be Too Small And Needs To Be Expanded. In Addition, As Part Of The Measure, All Swimming Water And Sanitary Pipes In The Outdoor Area Must Be Replaced. As Part Of This, The Pool Surrounds And Outdoor Areas Will Be Rebuilt And Rebuilt With Concrete Paving Suitable For Barefoot Use And New Green Spaces.
