Parking Services – Framework Agreement Service For Mobile Parking. Uppsala Parking And Mobility Ab Procures A Service For Mobile Parking To Enable The Payment Of Parking Fees And Future Parking-Related Services. The Service Must Be Provided Via Mobile Application And Sms For The Park Operator As Well As A Backoffice For The Buyers User To Work In For E.G. Customer Support And Financial Administration. Framework Agreements Are Signed With A Maximum Of Four Suppliers Who Operate In Parallel. The Assignment Includes Parking Lots That The Buyer Monitors And Manages, Including Both Street Land And Municipal Block Land As Well As Parking Facilities That Belong To The Buyers Sister Company. Residence Permits And Permit Management Are Not Covered By The Agreement.
