Lead-Acid Accumulators – Purchase And Delivery Of Batteries For Vehicles And Devices For The Needs Of District Enterprise Zieleni I Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Kielce. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Brand New Starter Batteries For Vehicles And Equipment Operated By The Ordering Party. Requirements: 1. Delivered Batteries Must: A. Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. B. Come From Current Production - A Maximum Of 12 Months From The Date Of Production To The Date Of Delivery. C. Meet The Requirements Of Pn-En 50342 Or Equivalent Standards. D. Be Adapted To Operation In Polish Climatic Conditions. E. Have A Manufacturers Warranty Of No Less Than 24 Months. F. Be Delivered Ready For Installation. G. Meet Applicable Requirements Regarding Waste Management And Environmental Protection. 2. Terms Of Implementation: A. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Based On Partial Orders. B. Deadline For Completing A Single Partial Order: 36 Hours From The Moment Of Submitting The Demand (Or Shorter, According To The Offer). C. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. D. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Used Batteries In Accordance With Applicable Law. 3. Nature And Scope Of The Order: A. The Order Is Successive And Will Be Implemented Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. B. The Actual Quantity And Assortment Structure Of The Ordered Batteries May Change During The Execution Of The Contract. C. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: - Increase The Demand For Selected Types Of Batteries, - Reduce The Demand For Selected Types Of Batteries, - Order Individual Types In Proportions Other Than Those Indicated In The Estimates. D. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Minimum Or Maximum Number Of Batteries For Individual Product Items. E. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Not Using The Estimated Quantities Indicated In The Opz. F. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be The Product Of The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer And The Number Of Batteries Actually Ordered And Delivered.
