Currently, The Coverage Of The Real Estate Complex Of The European Court Of Auditors (The Court) Against The Risk Of Fire And Related Risks Is The Subject Of A Framework Contract [N°06C60/2021/Fwk/M014/2/Cnt(2021)106], Signed By The European Parliament Following An Interinstitutional Procurement Procedure That This Institution Carried Out For The Institutions And Bodies Of The Union Based In Luxembourg. Following The Conclusion Of The Reflection Group On Damage Insurance Contracts Of The Institutions And Bodies Of The Union Established In Luxembourg, Recorded At The Calux Meeting Of June 26, 2024, Aimed At Launching Separate Calls For Tenders Per Institution In Matters Of Fire Insurance And Related Risks Upon The Expiry Of The Current Interinstitutional Contract, The Court Must Launch Its Own Call For Tenders To Cover These Needs. The Service Covered By This Contract Is The Coverage Of The Court Buildings Against Fire Risks And Related Risks, Through “All Risks Except” Type Insurance. The Insured Property Is The Court Building Complex And Its Contents.
