The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Road System Concept And Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along The Czarna Hańcza River On The Section From Ul. 1 Maja To Ul. Loss Of Greenery With Development. The Prepared Documentation Is Intended To Be Used To Obtain An Administrative Decision On A Building Permit. 2. The Project, Together With All Industries, Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Construction Law And: A) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws, Item 2454); B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws, Item 2458); C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended) And Other Provisions: Construction Law, Detailed Provisions, Applicable Technical Conditions, State And Industry Standards, Provisions Of Technical Supervision And Engineering Art, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As Other Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order In Particular Regarding Fire Protection Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection, Etc. The Technical Documentation Should Contain The Necessary Arrangements In The Field Of Fire Protection: In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 5, 2023 On Agreeing On The Development Design Of A Plot Or Area, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design And Fire Protection Device Design In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements (Journal Of Laws 2023 R. Item 1563) And The Necessary Arrangements With The Hygienic And Sanitary Expert. 3. The Ordering Party Has The Current Technical Specifications Of The Road Manager, I.E. The Roads And Green Areas Authority In Suwałki Of February 23, 2026, Reference Number Dir.5552.15.2026. The Remaining Required Technical Conditions And Arrangements Will Be Obtained By The Designer Based On The Authorization Issued By The Ordering Party. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 5. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Matter Of The Contract May Not Be Described In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Economic Operator, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Economic Operators Or Products. The Subject Of The Order May Be Described By Indicating Signs
