The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Cars To The Car Workshop At Pce In Piła As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving Equal Access To High-Quality Education, Training And Lifelong Learning By Supporting The Educational Infrastructure In Piła County. The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Improving Equal Access To High-Quality Education, Training And Lifelong Learning By Supporting Educational Infrastructure In Piła County Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund, Priority 5: European Funds Supporting Social Infrastructure For Greater Poland (Erdf); Action 5.1 Improving Equal Access To High-Quality Education, Training And Lifelong Learning Through Support For Educational Infrastructure. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 3 Cars With A Hybrid Engine. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. In Terms Of Gaseous Emissions, Cars Must Meet The Requirements Of Regulation Ec No. 715/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 20 June 2007 On The Type-Approval Of Motor Vehicles From Light Passenger And Commercial Vehicles (Euro 5 And Euro 6) And On Access To Information Regarding The Repair And Maintenance Of Vehicles (As Amended And Supplemented). Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order: Min. 36 Months. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Delivery Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 3 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Requests That The Following Piece Of Evidence Be Submitted With The Offer: - Form Of The Offered Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Request Their Submission Or Completion Within The Specified Deadline. 3. The Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters. 4. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unregistered, Unused, Not Subject To Any Repairs, Of Full Value, Complete, Free From Defects, Including Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems. 6. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The District Education Center In Piła, Ul. Ceglana 2, 64-920 Piła. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Undertakes To Bear The Costs Of Transport, Unloading And Insurance Until Acceptance. 7. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of Law And Damages That May Occur In Connection With The Execution Of The Order.
