Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Dmowskiego Street In Suwałki Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Concept And Design Documentation Of Dmowskiego Street Along With Technical Infrastructure Networks In Suwałki. A Multi-Sector Construction Design For The Construction Of A Street, Including All Industries, Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended). The Ordering Party Has The Current Technical Conditions Of The Road Manager, I.E. The Roads And Greenery Authority In Suwałki And Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. In Suwałki. The Remaining Required Technical Conditions And Arrangements Will Be Obtained By The Designer Based On The Authorization Issued By The Ordering Party. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Performed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications Appropriate To The Functions That Will Be Entrusted To Them. 4. Due To The Fact That The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz For The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Public Procurement Law Act Of September 11, 2019, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The Documentation In Such A Way That It Meets All The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Matter Of The Contract May Not Be Described In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Economic Operator, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Economic Operators Or Products. The Subject Matter Of The Contract May Be Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Economic Operator, If The Contractor Cannot Describe The Subject Matter Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Manner, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In Such A Case, The Contractor Shall Indicate In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Described In Accordance With Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. Technical Documentation Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law. I.E. In The Case Of Contracts Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including Employees Of The Ordering Party, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Prepared, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Unless This Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Requirements Referred To In Paragraph 1 Result From An Act Of European Union Law, The Subject Of The Contract
