The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Concept And Design Documentation Of Dmowskiego Street Along With Technical Infrastructure Networks In Suwałki. A Multi-Sector Construction Design For The Construction Of A Street, Including All Industries, Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended). The Ordering Party Has The Current Technical Conditions Of The Road Manager, I.E. The Roads And Greenery Authority In Suwałki And Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. In Suwałki. The Remaining Required Technical Conditions And Arrangements Will Be Obtained By The Designer Based On The Authorization Issued By The Ordering Party. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Performed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications Appropriate To The Functions That Will Be Entrusted To Them. 4. Due To The Fact That The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz For The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Public Procurement Law Act Of September 11, 2019, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The Documentation In Such A Way That It Meets All The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law. 5.
