The Subject Of The Contract Is The Procurement Of A Comprehensive Reporting Tool That Will Be Able To Provide Coverage Of Regulatory/Legislative Reporting For The Needs Of Szrb, A.S. Including The Procurement Of Development Services And Service Support Sla Of The Reporting Tool For A Period Of 48 Months. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Part B.2 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And B.1 Business Terms Of The Tender Documents. If In The Tender Documents, Or In Any Documentation Provided By The Contracting Authority As Part Of This Public Procurement, The Technical Requirements Refer To A Specific Manufacturer, Production Process, Brand, Patent, Type, Country, Region Or Place Of Origin Or Production, The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent On The Condition That The Solution Offered By It Meets The Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics That Are Necessary To Ensure The Purpose For Which It Is Intended And The Solution Offered By It Meets The Required Technical Parameters And Specification In Of The Same Or Higher Extent. The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Under The Following Conditions: - The Submitted Equivalent Will Contain Qualitatively More Favorable Parameters Than The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority For The Subject Of The Contract, Or - The Submitted Equivalent Will Ensure More Advantageous Functionalities And Functionality Of The Subject Of The Contract Than The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority For The Functionality Of The Subject Of The Contract/Contract. Subsequently, The Following Applies To The Submitted Equivalent: - It Must Not Require Other Ancillary Costs That The Contracting Authority Would Have To Provide As Part Of Cooperation Related To The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Was The Result Of Public Procurement As Acceptance Of The Equivalent, And - The Acceptance Of The Submitted Equivalent Must Not Result In Increased Direct And Indirect Costs Resulting From The Use Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract. If Tender Documents Or Other Documents Provided By Interested Parties In The Public Procurement Process Contain A Reference To A Specific Manufacturer, Production Process, Trade Name, Patent, Type, Area Or Place Of Origin Or Production, The Public Contracting Authority Shall Supplement Such Reference With The Words Or Equivalent.
