Intervening Maintenance The Provider Will Enable Incident Reporting In The 24 X 7 Regime (24 Hours, 7 Days A Week) In One Of The Following Ways: By E-Mail, By Phone, Via The Website. The Services Of The Customer Support Service Must Include The Following Activities: 1. Receiving The Incident 2. Recording The Incident 3. Monitoring The Resolution Of The Incident 4. Supporting The Users 5. Resolving The Incident By Arriving At The Customers Location Within The Agreed Deadlines 6. Closing The Incident Support Services Include Providing Support For Maintaining The Functionality Of The Customers Technical Protection System.
