The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Quantities Of Accessories Are Estimated Quantities That May Change During The Term Of The Contract. 4. The Supplied Accessories Must Comply With The Requirements That The Manufacturer Of The Medical Device Indicated In Annex 2 To The Swz (Assortment And Price Form) Specified In The User Manual, Due To The Proper Operation Of The Device, The Patients Safety During Therapy And The Users Safety. 5. The Supplied Accessories Must Be New, Factory-Packed, And Compatible With The Indicated Medical Device.
