Gas Oils – Proclim - Framework Agreement Supply Of Fuels (Gas Oil Heating And Gas Oil Extra). Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Gas Oil Heating And Extra Gas Oil (With Increased Excise Duty) For The Period 2026-2030, To The Services And Institutions Of The Province Of Limburg, And To The Participating Limburg Public Authorities. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years (48 Months). The Assignment Is Not 100% Exclusive. The List Of Provincial Services And Institutions Included As An Appendix (Appendix C) To These Specifications Is Not Exhaustive And Can Be Expanded Or Reduced. The Tenderer Bears Final Responsibility For The Assignment In Its Entirety. In Each Of These Cases, The Prices And Fixed Discounts Per Liter Indicated In The Inventory Are The Same As The Prices And Fixed Discounts Per Liter Indicated In The Inventory Agreed By The Province Of Limburg With The Supplier.
