The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Constituting The Basis For The Description And Execution Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Regarding The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Titled Reconstruction Of The Surface Of Internatowa Street With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Agreement Has Been Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I Covers The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Used To Describe The Public Procurement For The Performance Of Construction Works, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works, 2) Stage Ii Covers The Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of This Agreement. 1) The Scope Of The Task Includes: A) Obtaining A Land Registry Map And A List Of Entities And Plots, B) Based On Data Obtained From The Geodetic Center, Supported By A Full Inventory Of The Existing Condition, And Verification Of The Foundation Of Road Infrastructure Along With Devices Not Related To Road Traffic Needs, Preparing A Map For Design Purposes (If Necessary). The Map For Design Purposes, Prepared By The Contractor, Should Be Agreed And Absolutely Confirmed By All Owners Of The Underground Utility Network In Terms Of The Route And Foundation Of Their Network, C) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Project Being Implemented, In Particular: - A Decision On A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works - A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Or An Excerpt From The Local Development Plan, - Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Implemented Project.
