Probation Services – Composite Framework Agreement (Package And Purchase Orders) For A Service Mission With The Objective Of Socio-Professional Integration Services For The Collection Of Bulky Objects In Gentle Travel Mode In The Municipalities Of Tarascon, Arles And Saint-Martin-De-Crau. This Contract Concerns The Social And Professional Integration Of Residents Of The Arles Crau Camargue Montagnette Conurbation Community, Who Are Permanently Excluded From The Labor Market Or Who Encounter Difficulties Accessing Or Maintaining Employment. The Integration System Focused On The Collection Of Bulky Items Complements The Household Waste Collection Services Already Existing In Cities. The Collection Of Bulky Household Items Has Been Carried Out Since April 2022 In The Political Districts Of The City Of Arles (Barriol, Griffeuille, Trébon) And Tarascon (Historic Center / Ferrages) As Well As In The City Center And Certain Residences Of Saint-Martin-De-Crau Using Gentle Means Of Transport. The Urban Community Will Entrust The Selected Candidate With Support And Employment Support Services Within The Framework Of Social Utility Activities Focused On The Collection Of Bulky Items Using Gentle Travel (For Information Purposes Only, The Details Are Mentioned In Appendix 1 Of The Cctp). These Paid Working Hours, Supporting The Integration Process, Will Necessarily Be Accompanied By A Support System Specific To Each Person. The Precise Description Of The Support Activity Services Is Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) And Its Annexes. This Contract Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Broken Down Into Two Parts As Follows: - Part 1 Fixed Assessment: Fixed-Price Services These Services Are Settled By Applying The Fixed Prices Indicated In The Breakdown Of The Global And Fixed Price (Dpgf) And Executed Under The Conditions Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). - Part 2 A Purchase Orders: Services At Unit Prices These Services Are Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders And Paid By Applying The Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu), Under The Conditions Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Purchase Order Part Is Concluded With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 120,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Or 126,600 Euro(S) Including Tax
