Seco Is Inviting Interested Parties To Submit Bids As Implementing Agency For The “Swiss Program On Capacities For Trade Policies – Phase Ii”. The Program Aims To Strengthen Governments’ Capacities In Trade Policy In Developing And Least Developed Countries To Contribute To Economic Development And Increased Economic Resilience. This Goal Will Be Achieved By Equipping Trade-Policy Makers Of Beneficiary Countries With The Necessary Knowledge, Trade Information, Negotiating Skills, Analytical Methods And Networking Capabilities To Devise, Negotiate And Implement An Effective And Conducive Trade-Policy To Their Country’S Economy. This Tender Covers The Continuation Of The First Phase Of The Program Which Ends In June 2026, With An Emphasis On Switzerland/Efta’S Free Trade Agreements Negotiating Agenda And Ldcs.
