Wiro Wohnen In Rostock Wohnungsgesellschaft Mbh Intends To Build A New Residential Area On The So-Called Werftdreieck In The Hanseatic And University City Of Rostock. It Will Be Located Between Werftstraße And L 22 Lübecker Straße. The Development Will Take Place Via Two New Roads To Be Built On Werftstrasse. One Of The Two Access Roads Is Called Planstraße E. Planstrasse E Is Bordered By Planstrasse G, Among Others. The Planned Streets E And G Will Initially Be Built As Construction Streets In Order To Be Able To Realize The First Construction Site Of The Planned Residential Area. The Construction Of These Two Construction Roads E And G Is The Subject Of This Tender.
