The Existing Sewer Pipes From 1897 Are Leaking, So The Sewer Will Be Completely Replaced. This Means That Part Of The Existing Gas Pipe Has To Be Re-Laid. The Damaged Property Connection Lines Will Also Be Replaced. In Bauerstrasse And Blatterstrasse, The Drinking Water Pipes From 1976 Are Also Outdated And Need To Be Replaced. The Line In Meilistrasse Is From 1990 And Replacement Is Not Necessary. There Is Also A Dn 600 Fiber Cement Water Transport Pipe From 1976 In Brauerstrasse. This Should Remain In Place. The Municipal Utilities Will Stop Supplying Gas In About 10 Years. The Existing Lines Must Remain In Operation Until This Date. Thats Why You Will Be Secured And Protected During Construction Work. The Gas Pipe Will Only Be Replaced In Areas Of Conflict With The New Sewer Location. The Ew Route And The Lighting Will Also Be Re-Laid During This Process. The Parking Spaces Will Also Be Unsealed In Order To Comply With Political Requirements And The “Sponge City” Concept.
