The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Mobile Phones For The Office Of Technical Inspection, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Equipment Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 2. The Parameters Given In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Should Be Treated As Required Parameters Of The Offered Equipment. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equipment With Better Parameters Than Required, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Technical Specification. The Ordering Party Requires Specific Parameters Offered. 3. The Equipment Offered Must Come Entirely From Mass Production And Must Be Brand New. The Equipment Must Be Manufactured No Earlier Than The Fourth Quarter Of 2025. 4. The Equipment Must Come From An Official Distribution Channel Authorized By The Equipment Manufacturer. At The Time Of Delivery, The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Request Confirmation From The Equipment Manufacturers Representative That The Delivered Equipment Comes From The Official Distribution Channel Authorized By The Equipment Manufacturer. 5. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Testing The Offered Equipment Before Selecting The Contractor. In Such A Case, Upon An Invitation Sent By E-Mail Within 5 Business Days, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make The Equipment He Offers Available For Testing At The Place And Date Specified In The Invitation Without Additional Payment. The Equipment Must Meet Swz Requirements And Be Fully Compatible With The Offered Equipment. If Equipment Is Not Provided That Is Compatible With The Equipment Offered, The Offer Will Be Rejected. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Equipment From Annex No. 3 Of The Technical Specification Of Equipment Be Manufactured By A Manufacturer With A Quality Assurance System (In Terms Of At Least The Production Phase Of The Offered Equipment) Compliant With Iso 9001 And Iso 14001 Or Other Equivalent. The Ordering Party Will Require The Submission Of Copies Of Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above Conditions, Certified As True Copies Of The Originals. 7. Device Servicing Must Be Performed By The Device Manufacturer Or By The Manufacturers Authorized Service In Accordance With Iso 9001 Standards. To Confirm Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Condition, The Ordering Party Requires The Presentation Of A Document Confirming Service Authorization For The Service And Certificates Issued By An Accredited Body And Marked With An Accreditation Mark Confirming The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned. Iso Standards At Least In The Scope Of - Servicing Of Telecommunications Devices Or Mobile Or Computer Electronic Devices. 8. The Contractor Must Guarantee Correct Operation And Reliable Operation Of The Subject Of The Order For The Warranty Period. 9. Detailed Delivery Dates And Delivery Places Will Be Agreed Each Time By The Contractor With The Delivery Coordinator, In Accordance With The Contract. 10. The Contractor May Deliver The Ordered Equipment Earlier Than The Above-Mentioned Date, After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Ordering Party. 11. Each Delivery Of Equipment Together With Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative (Costs Borne By The Contractor) Will Be
