Construction Work For Electricity Power Lines – L424 110-Kv-Ltg. Winkeln - Mörschwil, Cable Pipe Block. 1.1 Introduction The City Of St. Gallen Is Planning To Expand The Settlement And Build On Empty Plots Of Land In The Winkeln District, Which Are Spanned By An Axpo Grid Overhead Line. In Order To Take The Interests Of The City Of St. Gallen Into Account And To Enable The Expansion Of The Limited Living Space, Axpo Is Considering Cabling In The Affected Section. The Project Submitted To The Federal Heavy Current Inspectorate (Esti) Includes The Measures For Cabling The Mörschwil - Winkeln And Häggenschwil - Winkeln Lines In The Section From Mast 10 To Mast 16. Two Cable End Masts (10A And 10B) Will Be Erected For Both Lines, From Which The Line Will Be Routed As A Double-Strand Cable Line To The New End Mast, Mast 16N. The Cable Route Crosses The Adjacent Sbb Tracks And Crosses Under The Existing Ravine To The North. In The Area Of Mast 16N, The Cable Route Runs Next To A Local Childrens Playground. In This Section, The Cable Pipe Block Is Shielded. The Approximately 800M Long Cable Section Is To Be Laid Mainly Underground In An Open Trench, Supplemented By A Flushing Hole To Cross The Sbb Route. All Planned Measures (Cable Pipe Routes, Crossings Under Bodies Of Water And Modes Of Transport) Are Included In The Planning Documents For The Submission. The Flushing Drilling And The Dismantling Of The Existing Overhead Line Are Not The Subject Of This Submission. The Relevant Requirements Are Taken Into Account In The Submission Documents. 1.2 Initial Situation / Project Description This Tender Includes: * Creation Of An Approx. 650 M Long 110 Kv Double-Strand Cable Duct Block System Between The New Masts No. 10A/10B And Mast No. 16N Including 3 Mast Foundations * Connection To 1 Flushing Borehole Under The Sbb (Km 0.360 - Km 0.470) (Flushing Boreholes Are Not Part Of This Tender) The The Tendered Services Include The Following Main Work: · Installation And Development Work · 6 Bridle Shafts · Creation And Dismantling Of Construction And Transport Runways · Excavation And Covering Work · Delivery, Laying And Concreting Of Cable Protection Pipes · Crossing Under Rivers · Relocating Prefabricated Shafts · Digging And Concreting Work In Cultivated Land · Repairs In Cultivated Land · Work In The Area Of Overhead Lines · Work In And Along Streets And Bodies Of Water · Work In The Area Of An Sbb Track System. Connection Work To The 1 Flushing Hole To Cross The Sbb Route (The Flushing Hole Is Not Part Of This Tender) · 3 Mast Foundations The Access Via Hofstrasse (Plot No. 4827) To The Masts No. 15 & 16 Leads Via An Underground Car Park, Which Has A Weight Limit. Therefore, The Road May Only Be Used By Vehicles With A Total Weight Of Up To 20 Tons. All Expenses Related To This Restriction Must Be Included In The Unit Prices.
