Winkeln - Mörschwil, Cable Pipe Block. 1.1 Introduction The City Of St. Gallen Is Planning To Expand The Settlement And Build On Empty Plots Of Land In The Winkeln District, Which Are Spanned By An Axpo Grid Overhead Line.
