Work Detail
Construction Works For Power Plants And Heating Plants – New Heat Generation Plant Emswerk - Heat Storage. The Heat Storage System Is Intended To Accommodate The System-Useful Generation Of Thermal Energy From The Large Heat Pumps And Gas Boiler Systems In The New Thermal Power Plant Building, Independently Of The Heat Load Of The Connected District Heating Network. The Storage Facility Will Be Built In The Immediate Vicinity Of The New Heating Plant And Will Be Connected To The Generator Side As A Pressure-Free Pendulum Storage System. The Pressure-Free Integration, Including Valve And Pump-Controlled Unloading And Loading Systems, Is Not Part Of The Request And Is Integrated By The Plant Engineering And Higher-Level Control Technology. The Required Expansion Volume Of The Network (Network And Other Systems On The District Heating Network Approx. 600 M³ Water Content) As Well As The Storage Tank Itself Must Be Taken Into Account In The Design. Including The Water Supply For District Heating, An Expansion Volume Of At Least 8% Of The Nominal Storage Volume Must Be Provided For In The Design. Technical Data: Nominal Volume Of Heat Storage: 2,000 M³ Maximum Permissible Flow Temperature: 95 °C Operating Temperature Flow At Nominal Load: 90°C Operating Temperature Return At Nominal Load: 60°C Minimum Operating Temperature 5 °C Expansion Volume To Be Taken Into Account 150M³ Loading And Unloading Volume Flow From 30 M³/H To 300 M³/H Max. Container Height 18M Max. Storage Diameter (Incl. Insulation)13M After The Order Has Been Placed, The Bidder Must Plan And Carry Out The Planning, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Heat Storage Unit, Including The Necessary Connections, Inspection Openings, Installations And Technical Equipment Up To The Interfaces In Accordance With The Following Description.
