Sudecka 59. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Swimming Pool At 59 Sudecka Street In Jelenia Góra, Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure, As Well As Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required By Law To Carry Out Construction Works, Including Obtaining A Building Permit. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 Tasks: 1) Task 1 - Reconstruction Of The Municipal Swimming Pool At 59 Sudecka Street In Jelenia Góra: The Scope Of Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Concerns Plot No. 243/4 And Includes, Among Others, Reconstruction Of Swimming Pool Basins And Paddling Pool, Revitalization Of The Historic Building Of Swimming Pool Facilities, Construction Of A Complex Of Water Slides, Creation Of Recreational Zones, Complete Equipment (Including Water Attractions), Renovation Of The Historic Diving Tower, Landscaping - Using Pro-Ecological Solutions, Such As Renewable Energy Sources For Heating Swimming Pool Water, Underground Water Treatment Plant, New Planting Of Greenery And Energy-Saving Lighting. 2) Task 2 - Construction Of A Parking Lot At Sudecka Street/Wzgórze Grota-Roweckiego In Jelenia Góra. The Scope Of Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Concerns Plot No. 263/1 And Includes The Construction Of A Parking Lot At Sudecka Street/Wzgórze Grota-Roweckiego In Jelenia Góra. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare One Documentation Divided Into The 2 Above-Mentioned. Tasks. Investment Location: 1) City Swimming Pool: Ul. Sudecka 59, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, Plot No. 243/4; Precinct 33; M. Jelenia Góra; Unit Register 026101_1. 2) Space For The Planned Parking Lot: Ul. Sudecka/Wzgórze Grota-Roweckiego, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, Plot No. 263/1; Precinct 33; M. Jelenia Góra; Unit Register 026101_1. The Swimming Pool Complex Is A Monument Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Adopted By Order No. 0050.1261.2022.Viii Of The Mayor Of Jelenia Góra Of January 31, 2022 Regarding The Adoption Of The Municipal Register Of Monuments Of The City Of Jelenia Góra. The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Not Covered By The Local Development Plan. The Task Is Financed From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan Under Investment B3.4.1. Investments For The Green Transformation Of Cities. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Annexes.
