Quotation are invited for Appointment of a Subject Matter Expert (Sme) for a Period of Two (2) Months For the Re-Alignment of Two Legacy Qualifications; And the Re-Alignment of One Legacy Qualification to Two Occupational Skills Programmes BID CONDITIONS All bidders are required to register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). The CSD proof of registration will be used by CETA to verify the bidders tax and other compliant statuses. This RFQ will only be awarded to bidders who are tax compliant on National Treasury CSD at the time of award. The CETA does not bind itself to accept or appoint any bidder or any RFQ response, nor shall it be responsible for or pay any expenses or losses which may be incurred by the bidder in the preparation and delivery of the RFQ. CETA may require verifying and confirming the products to be supplied during the evaluation stage, and bidders to avail the premises and/or products on request. CETA will not be held liable for any expenses incurred during the evaluation stage or due diligence process. No RFQ shall be deemed to have been accepted unless and until a formal contract / letter of appointment is fully signed by parties and executed. In the case of a Joint Venture, a Certificate of Authority for Joint Ventures or Joint Venture Agreement must be provided.
