The manufacturer of the quoted brand or similar sheeting machines should have at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing process. 2. Local agents of the quoted brand should have at least 3 years of experience in after-sales service and preventive maintenance of the quoted brand or similar brand in Sri Lanka. 3. Local agents must have technical staff and workshop facilities to carry out necessary repairs and services of the supplied unit. 4. A list of names and designations of the technical staff should be available with the bidding documents. 5. Spare parts for the next 5 years should be available from the manufacturer to carry out the necessary service and repairs. (Certificate of availability of spare parts for the next 5 years should be obtained from the original equipment manufacturer). 6. The bidders must provide technical support services, including holidays. 7. Must provide the fully/all access rights (including usernames, passwords, keys etc... to the software and hardware systems/components delivered with the machine. (An additional PLC and server drive program should be provided free of charge.) 8. The supplier should provide training for machine operation & maintenance to the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd (ANCL) relevant staff. Please note that the above specifications are not applicable for lease options.
