Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Digital Heavy Duty Photocopier Machine and Digital Photocopier Machines. Bid Guarantee (LKR): 13500 Non-Refundable Tender Fee (Rs): 1500 Interested bidders may obtain further information from Chief Accountant, NWP Engineering Department, Provincial Council Office Complex, Kurunegala (Tele/Fax: 037-2222700 and inspect the Procurement Document at the aforesaid address during the office hours on working days. (at 09.00hrs to 1 6.00hrs on 2026.03.23-2026.04.23). The complete set of Procurement Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below in Paragraph 10 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned table 01 to Provincial Engineering Director from 23rd March 2026 to 23rd April, 2026 during the office hours on working days. (09.00hr. to 16.00hrs). The method of payment will be in cash. The pre bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 30th March 2026 at the Conference Room NWP Engineering Department. Bid must be accompanied by an unconditional Bid Guarantee on Prescribed format in the Procurement Document for the value and date mentioned in above table. Any Bid without a valid Bid Guarantee as indicated will be considered as non-responsive. Sealed bids marked "Supply, Delivery & Installation of Office Equipment - Lot No.. (1 or 2 as the case may be) on top left-hand corner, of the envelope & Bids must be delivered under registered cover in duplicate to the address given below or deposited in the "Tender Box" provided for the purpose, at the Conference Room at the NWP Engineering Department, Provincial Council Office Complex, Kurunegala at or before 11.00hrs on 24th April 2026. Bids will be closed at 11.00.hrs on 24th April 2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address in Paragraph 10, at 11.00 hrs on 24th April, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by "Bid-Guarantee, as mentioned above. Bidder Shall Sign the Non-Collusion affidavit included in Section IV Bidding Forms (Bid). Bidders failure to sign the Non-Collusion affidavit will be considered as a major deviation and the bid will be rejected.
