Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Ewa Customer Care Building at Juffair Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: This tender encompasses the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for the 12-story EWA Customer Care Building. The services shall include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of HVAC systems, standby generators, lighting fixtures, electrical panels, plumbing installations, and lifts, in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the tender documents. The objective is to ensure continuous operational reliability, optimal performance, and energy efficiency through scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs. The contractor shall deploy qualified and certified technicians, along with all necessary tools, equipment, and materials, to guarantee uninterrupted service across all designated facilities.
