The Client Regularly Uses Security, Reception And Hospitality Services In The Performance Of Its Duties As An Employer. The Aim Of This European Public Tender Is To Enter Into A Contract For Services In A Verifiable And Transparent Manner With One (1) Contractor For The Performance Of Security, Reception And Hospitality Services. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Following: 1. A Permanent Team Of Security Guards For A Total Of 5622.75 Hours Per Year Based On 5 Working Days Per Week And 51 Weeks Per Year. 2. Two Permanent Employees For Reception And Hospitality Tasks For A Total Of 3,160 Hours Per Year Based On 5 Working Days Per Week And 51 Weeks Per Year. 3. The Deployment Of Security Employees Or Personal Security Guards (In Addition To The Permanent Team Of Security Guards) On Call, Occasionally On A Few Weekend Days, Qualifies As Additional Work.
