Extension Of The Workshop Building For The Teaching Of Auto Mechanics And Construction Modifications Of The Carpentry And Office Buildings Of The Soš And Sou Hněvkovice. It Is A Workshop Extension That Will Be Built Between Two Existing Workshop And Warehouse Buildings. There Is Currently A Wooden Warehouse On The Site Of The Extension, Which Will Be Demolished. Construction Modifications Will Be Carried Out In The Existing Premises Adjacent To The New Workshop And The Roofing Will Be Replaced On Both Existing Buildings. Both The New Building And The Existing Buildings Are Single-Storey, Without A Basement, With Gable And Hip Roofs. The Load-Bearing Structure Of The Existing Buildings Consists Of Stone And Brick Walls, Wooden Ceilings, Wooden Roofs, And Concrete Floors. The New Building Will Be Made Of Ceramic Blocks, The Ceiling Will Be Made Of Steel. Panels, Wooden Roof, Concrete Floor. The Roof Covering Will Be Burnt Tiles, Beaver Type. The New Windows Will Be Plastic With Insulating Triple Glazing, The Doors Will Be Rolling From Slats Insulated With Pur Foam. The Current Condition Of Both Existing Buildings Is Good, Corresponding To The Age Of The Building. The Supporting Structures Are Without Visible Damage. Some Elements Of The Roof Are Damaged From Leaking And Will Be Replaced. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Conditions.
