This Landscaping Project Is A Collaboration With The Rotary Club In Celebration Of The 100Th Anniversary Of The Club In 2027. Rotary Has Donated Four Windmill Sculptures Which Are The Culmination Of 10 Legacy Projects Representing Each Decade Of Service To High River And District Since First Chartered In 1928. The Sculptures At Each Entrance Represent Those Ideals:Area 1: The Center Sculpture, “Double Spinner” Represents The Breadth Of Activity And Inclusivity Dedicated To The Environment And Its Citizens By Rotary, Bearspaw First Nation And The Town Of High River. Area 2: Garden Of Ginger Represents Nature In Its Natural State.Area 3: Elements Of The Universe Which Acknowledges The Importance Of Solar, Wind, Earth, And Water. Area 4: Gemini Represents The Fearless Thinkers Who Use Their Creative Energy To Spearhead Innovative Progress.The New Landscape Design Incorporates These Elements Within The Design With The Use Of Natural Elements As Well As Native Plantings.
