The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Scanning Machines For Use In The Control Activities Of The Customs, The Norwegian Armed Forces And The Police And Sheriffs Office, As Well As Certain Special Bodies Under The Ministry Of Justice. The Transillumination Machines Shall, To The Greatest Extent Possible, Help To Detect Deviations. The Use Of Transillumination Reduces The Need To Open Luggage, Packages And Consignments Manually And Thus Provides Faster, More Efficient And Gentler Control.
