As The Process To Obtain A Status Determination Letter May Take Some Time, Respondents Are Urged To Contact Worksafebc (Or Equivalent) Immediately If They Do Not Have Worksafebc Coverage.Proof Of Insurance As Per The Requirements Of The Agreement.Term Of Engagementthe Successful Respondent Should Be Prepared To Commence Work Immediately After The Agreement Is Awarded. The District Would Prefer To Launch The New Website No Earlier Than November 1, 2026 And No Later Than November 30, 2026.Procurement Methodnegotiated Request For Proposals.Procuring Entitydistrict Of Summerland, 13211 Henry Ave, Summerland, Bccontact Persondana Silk, Manager Of Procurement & Contract Administrationvia Bids&Tenders “Submit A Question” Functionality Onlythe District Of Summerland Is Subject To The Canada-Eu Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (Chapter Nineteen), The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter Five), And The New West Partnership Trade Agreement; However, This Procurement Is Not Expected To Be Within The Scope Of Those Agreements.
