The Object Of The Procurement Is Catering Services For The City Of Raseborg (Later The Procurement Unit). The Procurement Unit Will Select Three (3) Suppliers With Whom Framework Agreements Will Be Entered Into. If The Procurement Unit Receives Fewer Than Three Tenders, A Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With That Number Of Suppliers. Assignments Will Be Distributed According To A Ranking Model (Ranking) Which Is Determined Based On The Results Of This Competition. As A Starting Point, The Procurement Unit Always Procures Services From The Supplier That Is Number 1 In The Ranking. For Justified Reasons, The Procurement Unit May Advance In The Ranking. Motivated Reasons Can Be I.A. But Are Not Limited To: 1) The Supplier Is Unable To Deliver (E.G. Due To Lack Of Capacity Or Within The Specified Timetable), 2) The Assignment Requires Something Special That The Supplier Cannot Deliver After The Request, 3) Significant Quality Deficiencies (E.G. Previously Documented Deficiencies In Delivery, Recurring Delays, Lack Of Food Handling Or Deviations From Agreed Requirements) The Assignments Mainly Consist Of Catering Services For The Procurement Units Various Trust Bodies. The Trust Bodies Number Of Meetings And Number Of Participants Is Estimated In Appendix 1. Meeting Catering, Lunch And Other Spontaneous Occasions Can Also Be Accommodated. Flexibility Is Therefore Assumed By The Supplier To Be Able To React At Short Notice. The Supplier Must At Least Be Able To Offer The Following Products: • Coffee, Tea• Shortbread (E.G. Biscuits)• Sparkling Water (0.33L) • Fruit • Bun• Sandwich (Light Or Dark Bread But Salad, Ham And Cheese)• Lighter Sandwich (Rye Bread/Loaf With Anchovies/Crusted Salmon)• Smoothie (Various Varieties)• Pie (Various Varieties)• Salads (Fish, Ham, Chicken, Etc.)• Soups (Different Kinds)• Cake (For Different Courtships) The Procurement Unit Must Be Able To Give Detailed Requests For Content At The Ordering Stage. The Procurement Unit Must Also Be Able To Order Products Other Than Those Mentioned Above. All Products Must Be Lactose-Free. All Products Must Be Of Good Quality. The Supplier Must Be Able To Take Into Account Allergies, Religious Preferences, Etc. This Is Communicated In Connection With Ordering. These Products Must Be Labeled Separately Upon Delivery.
