The Tampere University Foundation Sr (Hereafter Procurement Unit Or The Client) Is Requesting A Bid For The Implementation Contract For The Gas And Environmental Monitoring System For The New Building In Noodi. The Focus Of Experimental Research, Noodis New Building Will Be Completed On The Hervanta Campus At Korkeakoulunkatu 7, 33720 Tampere. The Contract Is Scheduled For May 2026. The Implementation Of The Other Systems And Functions Of The New Building Will Take Place In June 2026, When It Will Not Be Possible To Carry Out The Work In All Respects. Possible Corrections Of Errors And Deficiencies In July 2026. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Areas: 1. Sub-Area: Gas Monitoring System2. Sub-Area: Circumstance Monitoring System The Tenderer Can Offer One (1) Sub-Area Or Both Sub-Areas. The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Bidder As The Contractor For Each Sub-Area, With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded. On A Turnkey Basis, I.E. It Includes The Practical Planning And Scheduling Of The Implementation, System Implementation Based On The Customers Plans, And Installation And Testing In Perfect Working Order. The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of Documents And Plans Of Completed Works To The Customer, As Well As The Delivery Of Operating Instructions And Equipment Manuals To The Customer. The Contractor Will Work Under The Guidance Of The Project Management Contractor For The New Building In Noodi And Will Comply With The Safety Regulations Of The Construction Site And Take Care Of Occupational Safety Obligations. The Contractor Agrees With The Main Contractor About The Site Practices In More Detail. The Contract Includes Responsibility During The Two (2) Year Warranty Period For The Functionality Of The System, Troubleshooting And The Replacement Of Replacement Parts And Equipment. The Customer Also Has The Right To Obtain Maintenance Services From The Chosen Contractor. The Chosen Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Maintenance Services For At Least Ten (10) Years After The End Of The Contract.
