The City Of Kokkola (Hereinafter Also The Client) Will Construct The Renovation Work Of Kokkolas Finnish High School In The Scope Presented In The Tender Documents. The Projects Form Of Contract Is A Shared Contract, Where The Construction Contractor Acts As The Projects Main Contractor. The Building Engineering Contract Is Implemented As A Side Contract Subordinate To The Main Contract. As The Main Contractor, The Construction Contractor Is Responsible For The Project As A Whole And For The Coordination Of Subcontracts. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Annexes To The Procurement Notice. Submission Of A Bid Requires An Inspection Of The Object On 11.3.2026 From 12:30 To 2:00 P.M.
