It Is A Construction Contract That Exceeds The National Threshold In Accordance With Procurement Act 1397/2016, The Procurement Of Which Is Organized Through An Open Procedure. All Bidders Who Meet The Suitability Requirements And The Minimum Requirements Are Included In The Comparison Phase. The Most Economical Solution Is Used As A Basis For Comparison, So That The Price Is 80% And The Quality Is 20%.
