The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of Electricity Supply, Strong And Weak Current Systems, Solar Power Plant, Heating And Ventilation, Water Supply And Sewerage, Installation Of Kitchen Furniture And Improvement Of The Territory. The Closed Net Area Of The Building Under Construction Is 616 M2, Of Which The Heated Area Is 596 M². The Building Must Be Designed And Constructed As A Near-Zero Energy Building.
