The Municipality Of Houten (Hereinafter Referred To As The Municipality) Has Noted That Some Residents And Companies Use Municipal Land Without Agreements About This. This Means That The Municipality Runs The Risk Of Losing Municipal Land. The Municipality Of Houten Is Looking For A Party That Can Ensure That The Improper And Unregistered Use Of Municipal Land Stops And Thus Also The Loss Of Municipal Property. In The Municipality Of Houten, There Were Approximately 700 Known Cases Of Unregistered Land And Water Use In February 2026 That Required Enforcement. Based On 7 Selection Criteria, We Expect That Approximately 400 Cases Will Need To Be Addressed As A Priority. This Number May Change Slightly. No Rights Can Be Derived From Specified Quantities. The Municipality Wants To Conclude An Agreement For A Period Of One Year With The Option To Extend The Agreement Twice For One Year Until All Locations Have Been Processed. See Tender Document.
