The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For A Public Order With The Subject: Supply Of Electrical Energy And Performance Of The Functions Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of Rzi - Pleven. With This Public Procurement Rzi - Pleven, In Its Capacity As An End Customer, Within The Meaning Of The Energy Act, Aims To Select: 1. Supplier Of Electrical Energy For The Sites Indicated In A Table In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation And 2. Standard Balancing Group Coordinator. During The Execution Of The Order, Energy Monitoring Should Be Carried Out, If Necessary, With Own Or Hired Means Of Measurement And Communication, And The Necessary Schedules And References Should Be Presented To The Contracting Authority. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (E), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). Estimated Electricity Consumption For Two Calendar Years, Total Consumption And Monthly Electricity Consumption Are Specified In Appendix #1 To The Technical Specification.
