The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Net Amounts Of Low Voltage Active Electricity (Lv) And The Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Cplr - Sports School Sofia For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until The Estimated Value Of Eur 51,000 Excluding Vat Is Reached, Which Is The Threshold. The Total Amount Of Low-Voltage Electricity Consumed At The Contractors Sites For The Period January - December 2025 Is 253,445 Kwh. The Specified Value Corresponds To The Expected Quantity On An Annual Basis For The Period Of Execution Of The Public Procurement. As A Result Of The Present Assignment, The Contracting Authority Will Enter Into A Contract For Combined Services Under Art. 11, Item 10, In Conjunction With Art. 20 Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), Namely Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer - Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of The Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period.
