See Attached Framework Agreement On Local Building Automation Point 1.7 Award Of Contract Within The Framework Agreement For An Overview Of The Number Of Agreements The Client Intends To Enter Into Per Subcontract. The Subcontracts Must Cover Service And Maintenance Within Given Automation Systems That The Municipality Has On Its Buildings As Well As Necessary Adjacent Components On The Building. Suppliers Who Participate In The Framework Agreement Must Agree To Supplement With All Their Existing Program Files And Plant Documentation For Existing Locations With The Client, These Will Be Included In The Proportion Of Available Applications In The Framework Agreement. If The Amount Of Available Applications Offered In The Subcontracts Is Not Of A Significant Amount To Implement The Framework Agreement As Designed And Intended, The Client Will Consider Canceling The Subcontracts In Question.
