Descriptionthe Swedish Roads Administration, Transport And Community (Hereafter Referred To As The Client) Wants An Offer For The Delivery Of Cutting Assignments For Asphalt. The Client Has A Given Number Of Points With Automatic Traffic Control (Atk) And Traffic Registration Points, Including Bicycle Counting Points. The Points Are Geographically Distributed Across The Country And On All Road Types. The Work Includes, Among Other Things: When Re-Establishing And Re-Establishing Atk Facilities: • Cutting Tracks In The Road Surface (Asphalt) • Adaptation For Inductive Loops • Embedding Sensors • Establishment Of Marking Lines And Inductive Loops At Traffic Registration Points: • Cutting Tracks In The Road Surface (Asphalt) • Laying Down Relevant Sensors And Cables • Backfilling And Sealing In Accordance With Technical Requirements The Work Must Primarily Be Expected To Be Carried Out In The Period April–November, Depending On Weather And Climatic Conditions. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Ensure Efficient, Safe And Uniform Execution Of Asphalt Cutting Tasks In Connection With The Establishment And Maintenance Of Automatic Traffic Control (Atk) And Traffic Registration Points, Including Bicycle Counting Points, On The National Road Network. The Contract Will Contribute To Ensuring That Necessary Work Such As Cutting Tracks In The Roadway, Establishing And Adapting Inductive Loops, Embedding Sensors As Well As Laying Down, Refilling And Sealing Cables Is Carried Out With A High Professional Quality And In Line With Current Technical Requirements. A Nationwide Agreement Must Ensure Predictable Access To Expertise And Capacity, Reduce The Risk Of Operational Interruptions And Contribute To Atk And Registration Systems Functioning Stably And Delivering Reliable Traffic Safety And Traffic Data.
