As Part Of This Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude The Service Contract For Services For Granting A Loan To Ensure Financing For The Execution Of The Works Of The Transilvania Terme Tășnad Aquapark. The Complexity Of The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procedure Is Not High. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Contract A Loan In The Amount Of 102,000,000 Ron, Which Has Two Components, Namely: - 62,103,750 Ron - Related To The Co-Financing Rate From The Contracting Authority For Eligible Expenses - 39,896,250 Ron - Representing Ineligible Expenses The Duration Of The Service Contract Will Be At Least 180 Months, Of Which The Period Of Use Of Both Facilities Is 48 Months From The First Draw And The Grace Period In Which Only Interest Will Be Paid Will Be 48 Months From The First Draw.
