The Purpose Of The Concession Contract Will Be The Management Of The Public Service For The Production And Distribution Of Drinking Water In The Syndicat Mixte Des Eaux De La Haute Loue, I.E. 80 Municipalities As Of 01/10/2027 (41,449 Inhabitants), Supplemented By 3 Municipalities As Of 01/01/2029 (1,900 Inhabitants) And 14 Wholesale Water Sales. Service Management Concerns In Particular The Operation Of Works And Installations For The Production, Transport And Distribution Of Drinking Water, The Renewal Of Equipment, Invoicing And The Management Of Relations With Users. The Delegatee May Be Required To Carry Out Work To Improve The Service, According To Financing Conditions Which Will Be Defined In The Consultation Documents. As Possible Additional Services, The Deployment And Operation Of Remote Reading May Complement The Concessionaires Missions, According To The Following Provisions; The Backup Infrastructure Could Be Deployed And Managed By Another Public Actor.
