The Delivered Goods Must Comply With European And Slovak Technical Standards And Requirements For Registration Of Tractors And Additional Equipment In The Slovak Republic For Traffic On Land Roads And Obtaining A Permit For Operation And Insurance. For The Delivery Of The Tractor, We Require Accompanying Documentation - User Manual, Service Book, Service Documentation, Certificate Of Registration Part Ii. Tractor Carrier. Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Training Of The Operator Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Seller At The Place Of Delivery, Including The Delivery Of Written Documentation Belonging To The Subject Of The Contract (Handover And Acceptance Protocol, Record Of Operator Training, Service Book, Operation And Maintenance Manual, Warranty Certificate, Certificate Of Registration Part Ii For Carriers And Other Documentation Resulting From Annex No. 3 Of The Contract Required At The Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of This Contract For Registration In The Certificate Of Registration - Part Ii, In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation, In Particular Act No. 106/2018 On The Operation Of Vehicles As Amended And Act No. 8/2009 On Road Traffic As Amended) On The Date Of Delivery Or On The Date Specified By The Buyer. The Written Documentation Will Be Prepared In The Slovak Language.
