Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Providing Sanitary Transport Services For The Clinical Hospital. K. Jonscher Um In Poznań - With Option Rights (Zp - 22/26).. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Services: A) Transport Of The Patient In Accordance With Each Order Of The Ordering Party. This Includes Collecting The Patient From The Ordering Party (From The Organizational Units From Which The Transport Was Ordered), Together With Medical Documentation (In Cases Indicated By The Ordering Party) Or From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (E.G. From The Patients Home) And Providing Transport Services (To And Fro), E.G.: To The Ordering Partys Office In The Case Of Collecting The Patient From A Place Other Than The Ordering Partys Seat, To Places Indicated In The Transport Order (E.G. The Patients Home), To Other Medical Entities In Purposes, Including: Further Treatment Of The Patient In Another Facility (So-Called Transfer), Consultation Of The Patient By A Specialist, Performance Of A Diagnostic Test, Etc. B) Providing Appropriate Medical Care To The Patient During The Service
