About 95% Of The Subscribers Servers Have Been Virtualized. The Support Must Be In Order So That The Subscriber Can Receive Support From The Manufacturer In Problem Situations And Be Able To Update New Program Versions And Information Security Updates. If Broadcom (Vmware) No Longer Offers The Same Licenses In All Respects During The Contract Period, The Provider Can Offer The Customer, With The Customers Consent, Similar Licenses (Including The Access Rights Model) And Their Maintenance For The Aforementioned Licenses. The Customer Chooses One (1) Supplier, With Whom It Enters Into A Procurement Contract. The Contract Starts When The Contract Is Signed. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Volume Purchase Obligation For The Customer Or An Exclusive Right For The Supplier To Produce The Service. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Procurement Of Maintenance From One Supplier Is The Most Cost-Effective. Alternative Offers Are Not Permitted.
