The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Palace Building In The Town Of Wójcin, Jeziora Wielkie Commune, Plot No. 306/1 (Inventory No. 50/1751), Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1. Demolition Of The Existing Roofing Made Of Felt Felt, 2. The Roof Structure Is Intended To Be Preserved - Elements Damaged And Corroded As A Result Of Rainwater Leaking Through Roofing Leaks Will Be Replaced; During The Work, Reassess The Technical Condition With The Participation Of The Authors Supervision - If Damage To Structural Elements Is Observed Up To 10% Of The Cross-Sectional Area - The Element Should Be Cleaned And Impregnated With Preparations Recommended Later In The Study; In The Event Of Loss Of Up To 20% Of The Cross-Section, These Elements Should Be Reinforced By Topping Boards On Both Sides With A Thickness Of 32Mm And Connected Using M16 Class 8.8 Screws On A Wide Washer With A Spacing Of Not Less Than 50Cm; Min. Reinforcement Length – 2.00 M; Wood Class C30 Acc. Pn-En-338. If The Cross-Section Is Lost By More Than 20%, The Structural Element Should Be Replaced - The Work Program Should Be Agreed With The Author Of The Study. The Angle Of Inclination Of The Main Part, Left To Be Preserved, Does Not Change. The Height At The Ridge Of The Facility Does Not Change Either. During The Works, The Secondary Dormers In The Garden (Rear) Façade Should Be Removed And The Roof Restored To Its Original Shape,3. Replacement Of The Roof Covering - The Roof Covering Was Intended For Complete Replacement, New Ones Should Be Made Of Heat-Welded Felt In Two Layers On Full Formwork, 4. Execution Of Sheet Metal Flashings - As Traditional Sheet Metal, A New Gutter Strip And Chimney Flashing, 5. Gutters And Downpipes - Gutters Should Be Semi-Circular With A Diameter Of 150 Mm; Downpipes – Round, Diameter 120 Mm; The Gutter Should Be Made Of Uncoated, Galvanized Steel Sheet, Thickness. 0.55Mm,6. Existing Roof Hatch – Seal It,7. Repairing Chimneys By Filling In The Gaps And Plastering With Cement-Lime Plaster, 8. Damage To The Masonry Structure In The Bay Window On The Rear Elevation Should Be Repaired With Solid Ceramic Bricks In Cement And Lime Mortar,9. A New Lightning Protection Installation Should Be Installed On The Roof Slope. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design And Technical Documentation, And The Conditions And Requirements Related To Its Implementation Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Annex To This Swz. The Order In Question Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Lack Of Technical And Organizational Justification. The Use Of Division Into Parts Would Disrupt The Technological Sequence And The Need For Subsequent Parts To Appear Directly One After The Other.
