The Contractor Should Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In Detail In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Constituting Annexes To This Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read All Technical Documentation And Exercise The Utmost Care In Order To Prepare The Offer Correctly, And In Particular To Reliably Calculate The Lump-Sum Offer Price Adequate To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Must Include The Performance Of All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, Regardless Of Whether These Works Were Explicitly Mentioned In The Bill Of Quantities And Regardless Of The Number Of Works Necessary To Be Performed.
